About the program
The UX | Product Design (UXD) postgraduate program has been shaping the industry since 2010, making it the first comprehensive UX and digital product design program in Poland. Built on a passion for design, technology, and user experience, it has become a cornerstone for professionals in the field.
Designed in collaboration with 80 industry experts and a community of 3,000 alumni, this program fosters one of the largest UX & Product Design communities in central Europe.
Studies include 203 hours of classes, including five key project blocks:
- Research
- Strategy
- Modeling
- Design
- Testing
Students work in project-based teams under the guidance of industry-leading domain experts, combining theory with hands-on practice. The program emphasizes human-centered design, product psychology, and cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven product design.
This program is designed for aspiring designers and beginners in the digital product design and UX industry who are looking to start or advance their careers.

This program is built on Design Thinking and User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies, integrating an exclusive curriculum with progressive learning mechanics.
Class schedule
The program lasts for two semesters (approximately 16 sessions) and includes 203 hours of coursework.Sessions are held every 2-3 weeks on weekends.
Classes are conducted in the form of seminars, workshops, and computer lab sessions.
Students work in project teams, with each group developing its own digital product prototype.
Teams collaborate on their projects both during and between sessions. Industry experts provide ongoing feedback and evaluation at every stage of the process.
The Center for Professional Education reserves the right to make necessary changes concerning the program, the teaching staff, and the mode of class delivery, should important reasons arise.
To complete the program you must:
- 80% attendance
- Completion of all five project stages, evaluated by domain experts
- Final exam
- Group presentation of the final prototype before an expert panel
Components of your final grade on the diploma include:
- 50% – prototype evaluation
- 30% – final presentation
- 20% – expert assessment.
Certificate
A certificate (świadectwo ukończenia studiów podyplomowych) confirming the completion of a graduate certificate program at SWPS University.

Our Lecturers
The program was created by Hubert Anyżewski, who together with the local heads of the program, including Sabina Białek and Maciej Płonka, continues to expand it in four locations, and have also launched the program in English.

Eligible candidates are admitted on the first come, first served basis. Please note that the completion of the online Application Form is just the first step in the Application Process and does not signify your admission to the program. We reserve the right to schedule interviews with candidates.
In case of insufficient enrollment, SWPS University reserves the right to cancel the program.

Pay the application fee
Once you are admitted to the program, you must pay the application fee and the tuition fee. Upload your payment confirmations to the Application Form. You must pay the application fee via the PayU platform, while completing the Application Form.

- Students and graduates of SWPS University are exempt from paying the application fee.

We will notify you by e-mail, sent to the address provided in your application, about the status of your application. We will send you a separate e-mail with the admission decision. The information concerning classes will be e-mailed to you seven (7) days before the first weekend meeting.

Application Fee 300 PLN or EUR 100.
Students and graduates of SWPS University are exempt from the application fee.

Candidates should pay the tuition fee to their individual accounts. Account numbers are provided on the Virtual University Platform. First instalment of the tuition fee payment should be paid by October 5th, for the cohort that begins classes in the fall, and by March 5th, for the cohort that begins classes in spring.
